- Battlefield rules for decision-making;
- Strong opinions, loosely held;
- After the debate, everyone needs to agree to disagree and commit;
- Everyone must prioritize company outcomes over personal outcomes, every time;
- Lean in to decentralized and autonomous planning and execution structures;
- Trust is earned not given;
- Feedback should be continuous, not just semi-annual;
- We all have ego, but we do not tolerate egomaniacs; and
- We must ruthlessly prioritize.
